The private villa, the amazing breakfast every morning cooked by Komang (breakfast, lunch & dinner). Transport was fantastic daily with our amazing driver Lekco. The way they welcomed me
at Bali airport, with a Balinese’s welcome and traditional dinner and a welcome gift bag from Baliessence. Traditional Balinese Dance.
I received a body massage from local girl Dewi, a beautiful soul. And a Balinese healing from Wayan – truly breathtaking.
Staff were outstanding!! (Komang, Wayan, Wayan Sri, and Made). Daily my room cleaned and bed turned down, washing cleaned and pressed, security on site – wow (Putu).
We were out every day on new experiences like – the monkey forest and swimming with the elephants.
Head cream, massage and facial, shopping tour, lunches, dinner. A water purification ceremony, Balinese blessing ritual and kecak dance performance, silver jewellery-making class, Balinese cooking class, and Lekco’s wife (Made & daughter Senje), show us how to make traditional offerings for daily blessing in Bali. Dinners and lunches were all paid for, even a mocktail at dinner, truly so happy with everything Danina, Robyn, and team!
Baliessence provides an amazing adventure to explore the essence of Bali. Plenty of laughs, fun, and activities, whilst tapping into the real culture – attending traditional ceremonies, jewellery-making, and cooking classes. An opportunity to taste a variety of Balinese food should you wish to explore
your taste buds.
The accommodation was lovely and serene, set in a beautiful environment in Ubud. Lovely place to relax and unwind with no cooking, cleaning or washing to do.
The food was awesome at the accommodation providing us a touch of the Balinese food, as they like it hot!
Also we ate out at different resturants for dinner and lunch which were spectacular.
There were plenty of activities every day to keep you busy and help you unwind and relax.
Once I arrived in Bali it was great to begin with a few self-care activities including massages, healing sessions, facials, and chill time by the pool.
Plenty of delightful activities to entertain us, including the monkey forest and elephant park, and of course a bit of shopping.
It’s great that everything is looked after for you from your food, accommodation, tours, and transport. Don’t have to worry about anything except what you are going to wear.
